Chicken

Beef Sides and Quarters
The best way to save money, by far, is to purchase a side of beef or half of a side (a quarter of beef). We will gladly cut your side or quarter to your specifications. You will have the cheapest cost and greatest flexibility with this option. If you think you don't have enough room in your freezer come into our store and see our display...you might be surprised.
Whole Hogs
We will also gladly accomodate your purchase of a whole hog or half of a hog and will cut and package it to your liking. Take your chops and roasts along with the sausage but pay closer to the sausage price for all! It's a great deal for pork lovers.
